"Why this place has good reviews is beyond me. I got my car insurance policy here and quickly had regrets. They are unorganized- I almost always had a different "personal" agent contacting me. My service was completely suspended with no proper notification (nothing in mail and app said absolutely nothing other than that it wanted my money). The reason was due to me not sending them a picture of my tire sticker in my door jam? I went in for a photo inspection the day I got the car. Even then the employee is asking me which VIN she needs to take a picture of (and not once mentioned a tire sticker). I point out the VIN the windshield only to find out that that happened to be wrong (I had no way of knowing) and the clueless employee really needed a picture of a different one in the end. As an "I'm sorry for improperly suspending your insurance coverage and leaving you liable to face massive lawsuits and losses" they made my bill $0 for a month and sent me a $40 check. Turns out the $0 was an illusion and all they did was just divide up the expected payment over the next 3 months- yielding a savings of absolutely nothing. Nothing other than a stupid $40 check and an unbelievable amount of frustration. Towards the end of my term, my bill went up again and I could not get an email reply as to why. I give up! I am thankful my coverage expired yesterday and that I am onto another company that is already a better communicator and much cheaper. Stay away! Mahomes and Kelce are taking the money these guys should be spending on a thousand other things."
