"’ve been with State Farm for years and have always had a consistently positive experience, but I especially want to recognize Brittany Bordano for her outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful, and she took the time to clearly explain my options and answer all of my questions. I’ve spoken with many representatives over the years, and the level of care and professionalism I receive from this office is exactly why I stay with State Farm and have no intention of switching. Brittany helped me find great coverage at a good rate, but more importantly, she gave me real peace of mind—and you can’t put a price on that. "Although my insurance did go up due to “inflation”, and insurance in general is never a good pay off, I will say that the staff at State Farm, specifically Brittany, was very very informative and helpful, and allowed me to understand my policy and the decisions I could make in general specific to my age, vehicle, and circumstances. She was very thorough in her explanations of all the questions I asked."

They put me at ease and they really help you with discounts, honestly barely had to negotiate they gave me a great deal. "Was looking to get a better rate for auto, home and boat. Was told I could do much better with State Farm. I was very suspicious of the sales pitch and the fact the the kid on the phone refused to commit to the price given. Honesty and integrity are sorely lacking in Selden"
